Fire Stopping Systems
Rix Construction Limited provides fire protection services from design through to installation. Fire stopping systems include; up to 4 hour's fire protection, compartmentation through walls and floors, edge of slab detail including movement, plastic pipe penetration installing pipe wraps and collars, movement joints, wall and floor, fire stopping around mechanical and electrical services, fire stopping around fire rated ducts and load bearing systems through walls and floors.

RIX Construction are active members and registered installers under the FIRAS scheme. The scheme provides accreditation to its member installers/applicators and was developed by Warrington Fire Research with the Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP). It provides independent site tests carried out on installations by member contractors to verify that the products have been installed in accordance with their test data.
